Major Activities:-
  • Develop a Economic Justice Framework for Women’s Empowerment.
  • Develop Young Women’s Leadership Development Plan.
  • Develop a Political Awareness Strategy.
  • Develop a Financial/Business Plan.
  • Develop a Human Resource Development Plan.
  • Develop Specific Strategic Action Plans for HIV/AIDS, Violence, Gender Equality and Human Rights and rights based approach to development.
  • Strengthen Partnership, Network and Collaboration for effective Advocacy.
In-house Activities:-
  • Institutional capacity.
  • Research, monitor and evaluate current programs.
  • Training of staff and volunteers including stakeholders and membership recruitment.
  • Representation in national, regional and international levels.
  • Standards of good governance and management.
  • National convention preparation 2006.
